All references to the Board of Appeals shall be deemed to refer to the Hearing Examiner system of Chapter 2.56 of the Woodway Municipal Code. The hearing examiner shall have no authority relative to interpretation of the administrative provisions of this code nor shall the hearing examiner be empowered to waive requirements of this code.
