The 2003 Edition of the International Fire Code, as published by the International Code Council, as amended by the Washington State Building Code Council, and as published in Chapter 51-54 of the Washington Administrative Code, as now or hereafter amended, is adopted by reference with the following additions and exceptions:

A. Appendixes B, C, E, and F are adopted.

B. All references to the Board of Appeals shall be deemed to refer to the Hearing Examiner system of Chapter 2.56 of the Woodway Municipal Code. The Hearing Examiner shall have no authority relative to interpretation of the administrative provisions of this code nor shall the Hearing Examiner be empowered to waive requirements of this code.
